I have been seeing my family physician here for over a decade. I’ve always felt like my concerns have been taken seriously and have trusted them with my health through my different life stages. Hello, I need to talk to the owner of this clinic. I booked an appointment with Dr Rossi for my mom Heather via text after us calling MULTIPLE times to get an appointment. No one ever answers the phone. It takes us DAYS to get anyone. Only for them to call her today for something and when she said she’d discuss with Rossi on her May 4 for her appointment then to say she didn’t have a May 4 appointment. IM DOWN RIGHT PISSED OFF. I was made aware that there is a late cancellation fee. But I’ve been up all night sick, with a very contagious cough and fever and genuinely couldn’t drive the 12 kms to get to my appointment. I also offered to show proof that I was running a fever. The fee was 150 dollars if I wanted to rebook I can’t afford that, I called the clinic right when they opened I really tried to give as much notice as I could but I really couldn’t make the appointment.
