I called on Friday for a walk-in iud removal and was told that they did not have time slot to do it that day and directed me to come Monday early morning. When I came on Monday they were not accepting walk ins and said if you want to get in you have to be here at 8 before the clinic is even scheduled to open on google. I drove across town because the receptionist I was talking to told me to come Monday morning. Waste of time and should get better communication. Just put a sign at the door that you’re not accepting walk-in patient, to not waste the time of the people who wants to see a doctor without appointments.
I called the night before to see if I could come I'm as a "walk in" patient the following day. Was told YES and to come first thing in the morning @ 9am. When I arrived @ 9am I am now told, "No walk-ins" today. Not professional. Would not recommend!
Dr world is amazing. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the reception area or in the room to see her
