If I could give a 0 I would. Very poor management, Applied for an apartment which cost money to do. Never heard back from them about it. It is wrong to charge someone and not provide them with an answer. There were three applicants so it was over 100 dollars we spent to be ignored. We have tried getting in contact with them several times and they are completely unresponsive.

Lie about property details. Don’t return tenant phone calls. Take months to get maintenance requests completed. Don’t notify tenants of changes.
