We enjoyed a lovely afternoon on the verandah for High Tea. This is a newly added service and it was well-executed by staff. Gorgeous presentation of fresh scones, fruit, finger sandwiches, and pastries, ... with a view of the lake.
Great location in Muskoka. Staff and service were wonderful. Plenty of activities, great pool and hot tub. Food was delicious
We would have loved to give full 5 stars but for 1 big drawback and the reason to mention the shortcoming is so that the management can be proactive and prevent this problem in future for other visitors. We mentioned twice to the Rosseau Restaurant server while ordering Gluten-free pasta at dinner time because my wife is Celiac and we want the kitchen staff to be careful with Gluten-free ordered food to prevent cross contamination. He said it was his 2nd day at work and wasn't aware of Celiac or Gluten-free information. He d... read more
Very kind and accommodating. Staff
I had the pleasure of visiting two weekends in a row for events, and had nothing but a terrific experience at this property. The staff are very friendly and attentive, the food is excellent and the grounds and amenities are well kept. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a Muskoka getaway!
