Great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety of delicious options to start the day, We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
Loved this resort for a weekend away with the girls. The resort has been tastefully updated, keeping its historic charm. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is fantastic. Many activities to keep busy such as pickle ball, tennis, corn hole, etc as well as pool, hot tub, and saunas all with fantastic views. Would definitely go again!
This place is absolutely magical, with amazing views this was an absolute wonderful experiences between the spa, amenities or on site dinning this place is well worth the experience.
Drove up from Ontario last Saturday afternoon and stumbled across Windermere House almost by accident, and I am so glad we did. The lamb shank I ordered was absolutely tender and packed with flavour, easily one of the best mains I have had in a long time. Our server was genuinely warm and attentive without being overbearing, which made the whole experience feel really relaxed and welcoming. If you are passing through the Muskoka region, this place is absolutely worth stopping for a proper sit-down meal.
