Very nice place they made a new salon next to this place called la Bella Luna Venue it is super nice it’s where my sister had her wedding !
0 stars (but you have to put one at least to post) Horrible service!!!! (double booking), AVOID at all costs. Overbooking is bad, not being open and honest to the face of the customer is even worse. If you don't want to receive a phone call a day before your event saying" sorry, we double booked you, do you want your money back" then DON'T book here. Amazing experience, especially with Gloria’s help throughout the process of wedding planning. She is so resourceful and we couldn’t have asked for a better evening! Everything was set up in a timely manner and she was on call the entire time to make sure that everything ran smoothly. For a team that REALLY cares about you, don’t look any further than this place!

My review is based on customer service alone. I originally booked an appointment to view the venue Sunday 7/25/2021 @ 3pm. I recently got engaged and was interested in having my reception there. I called to follow up because I don’t live close and when I looked up the address I noticed they closed at 12. I called twice and on the 2nd call someone answered. I told her 50-60 ppl and she told me that Saturday’s were pretty much reserved for larger parties. Smaller parties were done on fridays and sundays. I told her the date I ... read more
