The staff is great, but the complex has turned into a construction site and the apartment is very loud and actually vibrates all day to the point that pictures have fallen off the walls. Ownership has also decided to raise rent by more than any other year, clearly putting the cost of the construction on the current residents. I do not recommend moving here in the next two years until the construction is complete. Nice place but two days after I moved in my dryer went out and half of my outlets in my island don’t work
This is the best place to live with your family, it is beautiful, quiet, clean, the administrative staff is friendly and efficient, the maintenance staff too, grateful to Mr. Orlando of maintenance for his excellent service.
