I had an amazing experience, and I can’t say enough good things about Karina. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, patient, and genuinely attentive to my needs. Her customer service was outstanding she took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the service. You can truly tell she cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I highly recommend asking for Karina if you want the best experience possible!
I would just like to say I took a tour with Karina. She was absolutely awesome and very knowledgeable, answered any questions I had professionally. The community was beautiful and is in a great location not far from shopping centers, and restaurants I definitely recommend it and also ask for Karina she is truly knowledgeable, very professional and extremely nice.
i wasn’t going to write a bad review but after they sent me to collections I just had to. I moved out of this property one month ago and do not recommend living here. Safety is a major concern. The gates are consistently left open, and my car was broken into during my tenancy. Management did not take effective action to address these security issues. Amenities were poorly maintained. At first it seemed as a great company to do business with but then the following happened. They charge you a fee for moving out of their apartment which is despicable, then send you to collections to some additional charges without notifying you about it whatsoever. On top of that more than 10 cars got broken into (including mine) past summer and the community is supposed to be secured and monitored. It takes 1 week for a manager to respond to each email that is sent to her. One of the worst customer service experiences.
