My move to Windermere at Lake's Edge Apartments was great! Karina Ramos, the staff agent who assisted me throughout the process, was very supportive, kind, courteous, and professional. My interactions with her and others were very pleasant, and the apartment I moved into was quite stunning. I love the location of it, the environment, and quietness of the community. Not all apartment communities, and apartment homes are perfect, but I do believe I'm in the perfect place to be in for calling it 'home' for the time being.
Jennifer Vasquez is a great leasing manager and helps me print documents when I have last minute things going on with my business. She’s great, and the complex is great. Secure and clean.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Some of the leasing office leaders lack a basic understanding of guest service, hospitality, and business fundamentals. They clearly struggle to push the ownership group to make basic repairs and improvements, and have no real concept of property management. The security gates at all 3 entrances have remained open for over a year now with no urgency to repair. This move in process has been the smoothest process of all. Brianna from the leasing office was so helpful during our tour and throughout the application process was very communicative and on top of everything. Moving in was such a breeze and the apartment is perfect! I love the gym equipment, the area, the renovated apartment, basically everything. I start my job soon and my stress levels were skyrocketing, but this made everything 100x better
