Excellent service from Victoria, always very attentive
Jennifer leasing manager was amazing and friendly. Gave in depth details on my tour and you can tell she cares about the community. Loved that every apartment comes with smart home technology. Great location and very big. I’m hoping to call this place home in the near future!
Maintenance personnel are outstanding. They are always eager to help whenever a problem arises, and their service is prompt and friendly, along with their expertise. Administrative personnel are equally helpful when issues arise. The attitude of the personnel at this complex contributes highly to a pleasant experience in living at Windermere at Lakes Edge apartments.
I've been a resident here for a year now. Im writing this review regarding my experience with the front office on a particular unresolved matter. There's a unit with a balcony whom lock their dogs out on the balcony either it being middle of the day or 3am in the morning for hours on end. One of the dogs is a bigger bully breed dog with a spiked collar which is not allowed by the apartment complex. I've called once and physically went to the office twice about this matter.
