Carol, the assistant that answers calls is very rude, I have always had issues with her tone of voice and condescending nature. My property manager called due to a recent burglary my property endured and she was not helpful, rude and acted like she could care less. This is not how you deal with customer service. I will be changing companies due to this situation. I have never dealt with Hali, so this review is not in regards to her.
Contact with the agency for a quote on A policy never heard back. Call the office promise to get back to me never did. I contacted another Allstate agent got back to me within a day, Very disappointed, they could not even call me back
