I signed up at the Game Con and was very excited to get more fresh groceries delivered home similar to the one I bought on the spot there. Unfortunately my expectations were far from reached. The products on their own are not of good quality. Often, some would be already rotting or only stand for couple of days. I have called and left four messages with you guys. I feel like youve taken advantage of me and as if you have zero customer service. I have time and time again changed my order and you keep delivering milk. I do not want your milk any longer I've had 8 gallons 8 that have been eottwn that you have delivered and nobody wants to assist me. Ok...whatever you do do NOT order from these people. I sat and waited to hear back from them about shipping my order...finally I emailed them and asked when my order would be sent. The woman tells me they need to confirm my address which clearly is a 3rd floor.in an apartment. She than tells me they only deliever to the 1st and 2nd floor but low and behold im on the 3rd. Salesman lie told us everything comes from local farms in Nevada, Utah and Calif. We get a lot of Mexico produce. Order prep meals they only sent half the stuff they tried to lay the blame on the delivery driver. They have sent use rotten fruit and vegetables several times. When you complain they call and will give you a credit, but they have the habit of not posting the credit to your next order so you have to call again. WARNING!: Do not use winder farm $50 credit. They will charge you $17.95 for the bag they send you and then they won't let you cancel because they say you agreed to a 40 delivery agreement and it will cost $49.95 to cancel!
Customer service is poor. I had been with them for over two years, until they decided to change the route schedule. No flexibility in changing the route. They allow the driver to make the decision where to go. Supervisor obviously has no clout. Left three messages and never received a phone call back. Had to hound them until I got a hold of somebody who obviously didn't care about the customer. Canceled service.
