I have been a landlord since 1997. Until 2016 I managed all of them myself. In 2016 I decided to try using Shelly & Mindi to manage my properties. This was a great decision! I have never looked back. Shelly & Mindi have a very good feel for the market and know how to set rents, screen & place tenants and handle all maintenance issues. I would highly recommend them if you were either looking for a place to rent or if you are a landlord looking for someone to manage your properties. Keep up the great Job Shelly & Mindi!!!

My place has been run by Windmueller properties for over a year now. They are responsive to requests using an online portal. The maintenance guy Mark always does good work. When he does a job for us it stays done and he has even advocated for improvements that save the owners money and prevent future problems. Overall a good experience.
Shelly has been so wonderful to work with! She really considered the whole picture for my rental application and I am extremely grateful for that. I am a property owner and have had Windenmueller Property Management manage my property in Holland for the past two years.
