They have raised the space rent again this year. (2012) They have raised the rent siting increase in maintenance costs, but they have done nothing to maintain the park. I wish my home was truly mobile and would find another place to go. I have lived there for over 16 years. I would never recommend it to anyone. Space rent is more than my house payment and has more than doubled in the 16 years with nothing to show for the increases.
