Doctors are always late, if you make an appointment for a certain time I should not have to wait an extra 1 1/2 hours almost 2 to be seen for 10 minutes. What a joke

I really like Dr Chehade he's great! But this review isn't for him, it's for the entire office... How are patients supposed to get in when they are closed Mondays and it's administrative days on Friday which results in 1 Dr or no Drs.. they are always packed in, seems pointless waiting months for issues when you could just go to a clinic or emerge..

I am not really sure why the calls drop but I did manage to get through by calling right at 1 after lunch and turning off speaker phone.

I have had my doctor here since I was a child. I’ve had mental health issues, physical issues, and health issues. I do also understand that the system is very overwhelmed. I do try to be mindful. I have been trying to get in for the past couple days even on the weekend walk in. No appointments, 3:59 calling ringing ringing 4:05 no appointments booked I was there over for the walk in when they opened 9am nope have to call and book for walk in this system is not working and doctors are getting to treat patients accordingly.i h... read more
