I am not really sure why the calls drop but I did manage to get through by calling right at 1 after lunch and turning off speaker phone.

I have had my doctor here since I was a child. I’ve had mental health issues, physical issues, and health issues. I do also understand that the system is very overwhelmed. I do try to be mindful. I have been trying to get in for the past couple days even on the weekend walk in. No appointments, 3:59 calling ringing ringing 4:05 no appointments booked I was there over for the walk in when they opened 9am nope have to call and book for walk in this system is not working and doctors are getting to treat patients accordingly.i h... read more

The only thing more frustrating than being on hold for so long and no one picking up is having an answering service hang up on you-I called 60 times in 15 mins and still no one answered. Not acceptable. If you’re that busy, your business has exceeded your capacity. Everyone there is great though so it’s only fair they get a high rating despite how frustrating the phone system is.
