Went to the Walk-in clinic Saturday morning and Dr. Sudicky was on duty and was exceptional. He was very professional and helpful in my situation. I greatly appreciate the walk-in clinic hours and the Doctors at Windermere.

I love my doctor, she is fantastic. Normally the administration are good too but this morning was quite unacceptable. I understand that health care is in crisis, you are overwhelmed. However, Laura repeating the same line to me is not going to foster anything but frustration for us both. What am I supposed to do when YOUR office faxed the wrong prescription and the pharmacy won't do anything about it on their end? I've gone to this clinic all my life. The staff are generally great - 5 stars for them! However, the phone system is horrible (putting it nicely). It's nearly impossible to get through to anyone during business hours. It's been like this for years. I've just come to accept that I'll get very frustrated trying to get ahold of reception.

Dr Paradis, a family dr, my wife has been experiencing perimenopause. She explained all the symptoms but he wasnt hesitant and said her bloodworkwas normal. (This is a very common thing that family drs do. Guidelines say that if your between this and this then your normal. But ask the same question to a hormone specialist and they will show you different. Dr Paradis put my wife on 2 hormones after bloodwork and symptoms of perimenopause. 7 months with no follow up. Was waiting on hold on Friday, kept telling me i was next in line until the phone disconnected. If your no longer taking calls the service should not say your next in line, over and over until eventually having the phone go dead. This has happened a few times. My Dr is Awesome thou, has that old school Dr feel. Definitely a rarity in this world.
