No management on site. Had a viewing appointment. No instructions, was a sign with a phone number, no answers. And management number only had automated answers. No one to talk to or help. Drove an hour for the appointment too. No one around to help and no one on the tour check in #
Took my deposit to replace a carpet and repaint an apartment that had no damage. Taking them to small claims court now.
Not a long term apartment . Expect your lease to go up $250 after your first year the listing price is just to get you in. There is alot of homeless people going in and out at night be careful lady's, my wife was followed by a homeless man. I and a neighbor came out side to check it out then the man ran out. There a homeless encampment down the street near the freeway. Other than that it's a nice area.
I would not recommend this complex based on the amount being charged for rent. 1. No property management on site and I've only been able to correspond via text. 2. One assigned parking spot street parking is terrible. 3. They may have recently stopped pest control efforts because my apartment as well as the surrounding area is full of spiders. 4. Office staff provides poor customer service I have reached out to corporate office due to the non response from on-site staff on three different occasions. The apartments are beautiful inside but materials used is poor quality my floor title had to be redone four months after moving in due to tiles lifting then team had to come back out on two other occasions for same issues. The parking is poor and cars are broken into. Due to the lack of onsite management the parking lot is unattended and has broken down cars parked. I act... read more
