We have lived here for almost 6 years, and truly have no complaints. We are leaving this month, only because we are moving out of state. We have been blessed to have great neighbors, even through the change in tenants over the years. Maintenance Mike, is awesome! He responds quickly and anytime we have had an issue it is fixed quickly. Management has always been responsive, helpful, and friendly. Update: the noise from the neighbors are ridiculous- constant door slamming and apartment shaking after midnight. Cars blasting music. Just not a good atmosphere. They need staff on site for sure. Someone else is always in my spot or blocking it- yet they charge you for your parking space. The parking for guests is terrible, but that’s not an issue for me- THE ISSUE IS THAT WHEN SOMEONE IS IN YOUR SPOT OR BLOCKING IT YOU WILL HAVE NOWHERE TO PARK YOUR CAR. Staff is lazy. I wouldn’t recommend moving here. All the doors, walls, counters every single thing was made from cheap material and not professionally done. I complain about noise so much and no one does anything about it. They don’t even tell you when work is being done above your apartment you would just randomly hear noise. Do not live on the first floor it’s annoying you literally hear everything including everyone’s conversations when walking past. This complex are absolute crooks just wait until you move out how they will rip you off even if you don’t have a contract with them they will screw you .they will try to charge you for a full month even though you gave notice to vacate and paid for your time keep in mind . you don’t have a contract during that time you are not living there anymore they actively trying to rent out your unit but there trying to make you pay for the entire month while they upgrade your old apartment to charge top dollar stay away from this plac... read more
