Bad experience with application refund July 26th 2025 I applied and still have not received my refund for 400$ it’s now 9/4/2025 and no response with answer no real office at this location, they use AI response system and ppl who work for them only text you but ridiculous why not have a real office and real people.They say 2-4 weeks and now going on week 6th.
Been here Since 2019🥰🥰🤩🤩🤩 Cool and clean place to live.
I applied in May and was denied, even though I met the income and credit requirements. I was told I’d get my holding deposit back by mail in 2 to 3 weeks even though I paid them by card. It’s now been almost 7 weeks and I still have not received my money. I’ve left voicemails and no one has gotten back to me yet. They don’t even have a leasing office.
