Don’t move here unless you’re fine with getting hit with surprise fees and charges when you move out. While living here, we had no issues… maintenance was great, management was quick to respond with any questions/problems we had, and we liked the area…parking was kind of a struggle though, only one street of extra parking for 3 apartment complexes and there was no visitor parking at all within this complex. It Has Been an Experience To Say The Least 😆 Mike Retired. Windemere didn't Share That To The Residents? We Been here Since 2018 , Miss on campus Office!!! And WATCHING 👀 as New Faces and Families Move in . We Will Continue to Watch ! And Pray 🙏🏽 🤲🏼 Please Stop Raising The Rent Every Year. And You Will Have Faithful Residents Stay Longggggerrrrrrrr. Update: I have been trying to get in contact with the Windemere team in regards to a package inside the mailbox of apt 106. I have left voicemails, no response. Please assist me in retrieving my mail. At this time no one lives in apt 106 so I can not ask a resident. My mail address had been changed and updated, I just need to enter my old mailbox once. Please and thank you. I have lived here for 2 years and cant wait to leave! They charge a monthly parking fee, yet provide no security for your cars. No gate or fence, just a ... read more
