I am a current resident and their communication response time is amazing. The community is so clean, cozy, and has tons of trees and shade! My favorite thing about living here is the cleanliness of the community and the shaded grassy areas by the pool. The management team is great.
They charged us just under $1,700 to replace the refrigerator and front door after move out despite both being in perfectly good working condition. Management is also very difficult to reach and often does not answer phone calls.
