rent is cheaper for a reason. I’m telling yall do not move her. There is horrible issues with these apartments. They have mold. I lived here for awhile and got sick with mold. Me and my boyfriend got very sick. And they try to dismiss you they have not on sight office and it’s hard to get ahold of anyone. If you want to be sick with mold than live here. Also they cover the mold by painting over it and have many leak issues. The parking sucks and everything is dirty the hallways and stairs they don’t keep up with cleanliness
Was a resident from 2024-2025 - I would strongly advise anyone considering renting at Windermere Apartments to think twice. After moving out, I’ve spent over a month trying to get a clear explanation regarding unjustified charges deducted from my deposit for cleaning and paint. I have lived here for 2 years and cant wait to leave! They charge a monthly parking fee, yet provide no security for your cars. No gate or fence, just a security car that drives thru and visits other apts nearby. My catalyst converter was stolen. They have a homeless problem, they dig in the trash and twice attempted to enter my unit. I moved to another unit on the third floor only to have the roof leak when it rained. Bad experience with application refund July 26th 2025 I applied and still have not received my refund for 400$ it’s now 9/4/2025 and no response with answer no real office at this location, they use AI response system and ppl who work for them only text you but ridiculous why not have a real office and real people.They say 2-4 weeks and now going on week 6th.
Been here Since 2019🥰🥰🤩🤩🤩 Cool and clean place to live.
