I applied in May and was denied, even though I met the income and credit requirements. I was told I’d get my holding deposit back by mail in 2 to 3 weeks even though I paid them by card. It’s now been almost 7 weeks and I still have not received my money. I’ve left voicemails and no one has gotten back to me yet. They don’t even have a leasing office.
We have lived here for almost 6 years, and truly have no complaints. We are leaving this month, only because we are moving out of state. We have been blessed to have great neighbors, even through the change in tenants over the years. Maintenance Mike, is awesome! He responds quickly and anytime we have had an issue it is fixed quickly. Management has always been responsive, helpful, and friendly. No experience is perfect, and when you live in an apartment you have to expect that, but it makes it easier when staff is as helpf... read more
