The sale team is great, but the team building the houses in that neighborhood are both wildly attractive AND enormously capable. What a great group of awesome people!
Best homes in Tega cay/Fort mill area. Love the open ceiling plans. Sonja, Trey, Jeremy and Jacob are all awesome people in the team. They are very thorough in providing updates and flexible to understand and work with your individual needs.

Shea Homes Carolina has to be the absolute best 5-star builder around. Above & Beyond is just their baseline. From Sonja in sales, Trey in design, and all the boots on the ground building, we have been blown away with the extraordinary level of customer service throughout the entire process. There is no other "production" builder in the Carolinas that can even touch this level of service. In a time of profits over people, its stops with Shea. I'm sincerely impressed. Thanks guys!
