We had a great experience working with Shea to build our new home. Kelly and Sonya were excellent in helping us decide which home, lot and upgrades we wanted. Shane (and later Jason) was an outstanding field manager. Liz did an incredible job with our warranty work. We are so pleased with our house and loved working with the folks mentioned above.
Overall we’ve had a great experience with Shea. What really stood out for us was our warranty experience with Liz Roche. She is incredibly quick in responding and demonstrates the utmost professionalism. She has a difficult task of balancing the homeowners expectations with the builder’s responsibilities, and she handles it with amazing aplomb. She is Shea’s greatest asset.
Shea has been great, especially Liz Roche from warranty. She is always responsive and knowledgeable. She makes a difficult job look easy!
