Do not come here if you have a nervous/timid dog! I gave a 5 star review before picking up my dog, but unfortunately most things that I was told ended up being lies. We recently boarded her here for her first ever boarding experience, and it looked like the best option! We went on a tour of the facility and it was clean, well kept, and the employees seemed to be real dog lovers! We drive from east Richardson to board our collie at Windcrest Pet Resort. When we went to Europe last fall, Ranger stayed there for 21 days. I never worried about him. They took excellent care of him. He did great!
Excellent care for my Schnauzer. Loves going there. Runs in. Very clean kennel! Best in Denton. Looked for a long time for a good kennel. This place is good!!!
I have used Windcrest Pet Resort for several years. I own a small dog and they take excellent care of her while she stays there. The staff is efficient and caring. I leave my prescious dog with confidence and would recommend this establishment if you have a pet you love.

I have used Windcrest Pet Resort for years and love them. They feed my dogs separately without any issues. They have always dealt with my large dogs with the utmost care and compassion. I will continue to leave my dogs in their care.
We left our 15 year old Pit-Bull and our 8 year old Chihuahua at Windcrest for 8 days. Windcrest has the cleanest kennels we have ever seen. The staff appeared nurturing, and made it easier to leave our boys there. Their bedding was returned washed and clean upon picking them up and we can tell our boys enjoyed their stay. Windcrest's prices are affordable and made easier for our family to go on vacation. We highly recommend Windcrest Pet Resort, and will definitely be using them again.
I borarded my two dogs for two weeks while I was on an overseas trip. Sent a message and call to check up my my girls to which they promptly responded. The staff at Windchrest PR seem to be a caring group and I will use this service again when the need occurs. This is the second time that I have used Windchrest.
