My granddad was recently in this facility and quickly transfered out due to unclean environment lack of proper care and the kitchen staff all filthy smelly and 2 in fact served my granddad his food which was uneatable but one older short haired blonde named Robin was so high on drugs that even my elderly granddad was afraid of her and the food she brought for him to eat. Mother stayed for rehab. She loved staff who checked in on her regularly, she ate the food. She was clean and dressed each time we came to visit. We loved that experience for her and if we needed those services again, we’d use Avir at Windcrest.

A special shout out to Ms. Benavidez a financial representative at Hendrick. I believe God puts people in your path for a purpose. Unfortunately, my son recently lost medical coverage under my plan and is being treated for a medical condition. She was a blessings. She literally walked us through all the necessary procedures to obtain assistance. I will forever be grateful to Ms. Benavidez! She is the epitome of an excellent and diligent customer service representative and Hendrick Health is fortunate to have her.
