We have been here over a yr. Just resigned the lease for another yr! The staff here all communicate with the office at all times to ensure our experience here is on the level. We appreciate that! This unit has been our home and will continue to be till our ship comes in! Also...the 2 ladies in the office are jewels! We all have bad days and good. Old buildings come with old building prob! But they work to make things better!
Honestly for a starter up apt,I have no issue honestly.
I tell you these apartments ain’t worth going through what I just went through they small and look like they haven’t been painted in decades so I got denied because I had 2 evictions but there paid the eviction is less than a year old and I have to many trade line on my name so I got denial..even though I have the payment receipt for the evictions
