Nice apartments and relatively quite
All I am going to share is photos from my experience at kiler drive. I hope they help people. Also I have read the fair housing act and it does not prohibit someone from altering a lease blatantly. Edit: it’s been almost a week since I shared and no one has responded or reached out. That should tell u more about this place.
Roaches and other bugs non-stop. Parking lot with abandoned or undriveable cars. Side entrance doors always open so no security. My apartment t wasn't even painted or thoroughly cleaned before move in but I needed a place to stay. I do not recommend.

NIGHTMARE!! Problem after problem at this place, the list is ENDLESS. Top of the list- BED BUGS!!! Not long after moving here, I started waking up with itchy swollen bug bites, which at first I thought must be from mosquitos. Nope! And be aware that they LITERALLY have a bed bug addendum in the lease- to cover themselves because they KNOW they have a problem.
