Dr. Kate and Jessica in the rehab department at Windcrest Animal Hospital are AMAZING. My GSD Luna was diagnosed with DM (Degenerative Myopathy) which is basically Lou Gehrig’s disease for dogs. There is no cure or surgery however the longer you keep your furbaby walking the slower the progression of the disease. When Luna was diagnosed it was recommended that we try Aqua therapy and acupuncture. We started Aqua therapy in January 2024 and met Dr. Kate and Jessica. In addition to utilizing the under water treadmill, Luna al... read more

I took my 16 year cat old Belle there when the other hospitals were “ booked” for the time needed . They kept me informed and gave me options what to do and were compassionate when I needed to spend my last moments with her and they took a picture of me holding her as I requested . They let me spend as much time as I needed and the little chest and the shadow box are beautiful .

Windcrest has been wonderful every step of the way of the adventure of coming to own my sweet rescued bearded dragon. She required a lot of attention and was often in the office for visits. Dr. Hammill and all of the staff have taken great care with my beardie from the time she came to me all the way to the moment she was ready to be put to sleep. I am beyond grateful for their kindness, sensitivity, and personal attention and I highly recommend any of the veterinarians, but Dr. Hammill in particular has done more than I cou... read more

From my mom: I have been taking my cats to Windcrest for years. Recently, one of my cats got really sick, stayed in their ICU for 2 days, was released to me, took a turn for the worse that night and was euthanized the next day. He had cancer. Never during his stay in ICU was cancer ever mentioned! Never! While it is so hard to lose a pet, the situation was made worse by the complete lack of communication by the hospital. After paying over $4000 in vet bills, I was left with absolutely no answers. That is, until a necropsy wa... read more

Wonderful staff and great Avian Vets. Some say they are over priced. But for me you can’t put a price tag on my bird(s) health They don’t push things you don’t need. Been coming here with my FIDS for over 7 years for my flock. Never had a bad experience with them ever. They are the only ones I trust my birds health with

Overpriced. Paid over $350 for my puppy to receive 4 booster shots: was charged an “exam” fee even though he just had an exam 3 weeks earlier, he was only there for the boosters & should have been seen by a tech. Also my cat has been losing weight & vomiting - they did expensive bloodwork- no answers, no resolution, no treatment. My 3 year old dog has bald spots, bleeding on top of paws...treated with allergy medication for 5 days. Medicine did nothing. Paws look worse. Again, no answers, no resolution, no effective treatmen... read more

Thanks to Windcrest Animal Hospital for taking care of my handsome, sweet, gregarious house rabbit 🐇 Big Boy. They answered my call right away, at 11pm, and saw him very expediently. Even though they were unusually busy, they made sure he was seen ASAP. They were also extremely compasionate, I'm very greatful!! They are also great with exotics as my regular veterinarians. I'm glad they're available and I'm glad Big Boy lived a wonderful long life, he will be missed, and RIP ❤️
