Sad to heard that my bud brought in a bike for a simple flat repair, and the rim came back scratched - damage that wasn’t there before. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff denied it outright.
They failed to take responsibility of scratches done to a pristine rim after a tire repair. The damage is unexplainable, and they insisted the scratches was not made by them. As an employee at a tire shop, they handled my situation very poorly with ZERO solutions or even recommendations. Just because they didn't noticr the rim getting scratched, they denied the allegation completely. I detailed the bike myself the day prior, and noticed the scratches once I got home. Service was great!!! Thank you very much Yasu and team. They even cleaned up some rubber marks around the bike, so thoughtful, they treat my Vespa like their own ❤️ so good to support local businesses. Will definitely come back again.
I bought a Honda Cub from them more than ten years ago now. After having it sit in a shed for some years I'm currently doing a light rebuild on the motor and it has given me a new appreciation for the quality of their work. Valves were obviously nicely seated, new bolts and fittings where important. The bike has 74,000kms on it and it sure looks like it, but in terms of everything that gets you from point A to B it is absolutely fantastic.
