We have travelled 2 hrs each way to visit Amanda and her professional team. The pre surgery consultation was amazing over 1 hr, one on one plus discussion on senior issues for very loved poodle. We were also informed during this consult that any extra works required we would be notified during the surgery. Our standard poodle required major dental surgery plus teeth clean. Bit concerning that this vet has a tendency to remove pets teeth unnecessarily, without consultation. Sighting the reasoning that it's less work for the owner for recovery and ongoing care. We would have liked to have had the choice :-(
Very caring staff, great people skills and of cause animal skills. My dog Olly had to be muzzled at first visit but the staff won him over by the second visit, no muzzle and walks in and straight up to the weigh bench happy to receive his treat.
Amanda and her entire team are the most exceptional vets I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Their enthusiasm, knowledge, care and dedication to my dog is second to none. I saw 4 other vets before visiting Amanda and after the first visit, it was the first time I actually felt like someone not only cared the way I do about my dog but was actually going to give him the care that he needed.
