The care and understanding from all the team , is so appreciated My chi , turns into a demon at the vets, he bit Amanda twice. She gave me a hug , and said he is scared , not aggressive. The follow up care is reassuring. Thank you for dealing with my terror. You take such care, of not only your patients, but also their owners ❤️
I am from Sydney. My dog had a life threatening sickness while I was on holiday. I cannot express the level of gratitude I have for the staff who looked after my sweet girl. I can’t thank Amanda enough for the incredible care she’s given my dog, Charlie. She quite literally saved his life, and I’ll always be grateful for her quick action, expertise, and compassion. We intrusted our beautiful cat with them to look after him after major surgery. He had post-op problems, which they were aware of and they did not physically check him once in 7 hours. On arriving to pick him up only then did Amanda check him and it was panic station. We had to watch our beautiful boy die a slow, horrible death in our arms. Absolutely traumatic. Amanda and her team were excellent with our German shepherd Mia.They got to know her and treated her with such passion.Highly recommend them and will certainly be taken all our pets there .
