This practice looks after my pets exceptionally well AND ME
I stayed in this area for a year. My first impression was that this was a good place, but it did seem under staffed. My subsequent visits were not so good. The lady vet had a very strong American accent and she spoke very fast. I had some problems understanding her. I found her quite overbearing and not easy to interact with. When my cat had bloods drawn, far too much fur was shaved off her neck, as if it was rushed. Amanda at Windan’sea is the most extraordinary vet I’ve ever come across! She goes above and beyond for our myriad animals, and cares in a way I’ve rarely experienced in my 30+ years of having animals. Further, she is so generous with her time in sharing vital information on how to care for our pets, always offering dietary advice (even down to what butcher and cuts are best for cat food), and so much more. The care and understanding from all the team , is so appreciated My chi , turns into a demon at the vets, he bit Amanda twice. She gave me a hug , and said he is scared , not aggressive. The follow up care is reassuring. Thank you for dealing with my terror. You take such care, of not only your patients, but also their owners ❤️
I am from Sydney. My dog had a life threatening sickness while I was on holiday. I cannot express the level of gratitude I have for the staff who looked after my sweet girl. Every staff member was welcoming and treated her like their own. They treated me and my dog with care and kindness beyond what I have ever experienced from any vet I have been to.
