I stopped into your shop because of a great review from a friend. While there I purchased a SUP lock. When traveling home to Michigan we stopped in GA for the night and when I went to use the lock I realized that the factory settings were not set and the equipment was used. Needless to say I had a $1500 SUP on the roof my vehicle all night without any lock on it. I've attempted to call everyday since then, Saturday March 18th, 2017, but the number is disconnected or not in service. I've sent multiple messages with no respons... read more

Every single time my boyfriend & I have tired to go there they are closed. We've gone four or five times. Why say you are open 10 am to 5 pm when no one is ever here? I stopped by at 3:30 one day there was a note saying they would be back in ten minutes, we waited for 30 minutes no one came back. We stopped by again later that same day no one was there. Why even have a store if no one is ever there. I will spend my money at an establishment that is actually open.

We are sorry this inconvenienced you. We do try to stay open during our store hours, however we are a family run shop with one part time employee. Emergencies happen, as well as surf lessons and such. Idk why there was a note saying we would be back in 10mins and have that not be the case, unless something else happened and we were unable to make it back. Once again we apologize for the inconvenience.

Awesome shop, Best gear, and great people. Erik and his family are very knowledgeable and super friendly. The shop carries a huge selection of high quality paddle boards, Surfboards, Skateboards, and accessories. Not to mention the indoor half pipe! Check them out...words do not do Windansea Boardshop justice.
