I called to make appt and told the person on the other end that I had thick shoulder length hair that I wanted a new cut and heavy highlights, she said no problem, I asked how much, she said $150-200. booked me an appt and on the day I showed up, it was a nice, clean salon with friendly people. My stylist was young but I told her exactly what I wanted , showed her a picture of cut and color and she said no problem. Went there for the first time today and had an amazing experience. Everyone was so friendly and attentive! Kasi did an amazing job!! 10/10 would recommend!

My mom went in to get her hair colored and trimmed. She had Julia, who was incredibly unprofessional and clearly inexperienced! Mom kindly asked that Julia matches the color to her ends- a light natural brown. Julia went ahead and just did what she wanted- she went with a dark brown without even showing her first (it’s almost black, as you can see in the picture). Would NOT recommend Julia to anyone considering coming to this salon for a service. She does not listen or care about her clients or what they request and PAY HER to do. She is inattentive, unprofessional and very clearly inexperienced. You would think she’d have been apologetic and tried to rectify the errors she made; instead, we were met with poor excuses. No apologies. Unacceptable. I see there are other stylists with amazing reviews, my recommendation would be BOOK WITH THEM INSTEAD.
