So disappointed! We contacted WW&E for an efficiency report on our home. After a miscommunication (?) that apparently was the reason for the initial no show, Scott arrived at our home and did what appeared to be a thorough check on the house's energy efficiency strengths, gaps and areas that definitely needed correcting. The resulting written report was incomplete, making it difficult to explain to our HVAC and insulation people what should be done.
