On 12/30/20 we had a technician come from Wind Service. He diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher without opening it up and touching it. He reported it needed a new motor etc. Upon calling the office it was explained these technicians have been in their careers for over 20 years. I believe we still have a responsibility to do a comprehensive job with all our customers and not take short cuts or the lazy way out. I have looked at the reviews and they are below standards.
