A not so good place to live. The trailers aren’t that bad to live in. But the porches are barely stable no real updates. Toilets run refrigerators stop working. Maintenance is horrible. People move in and out and your rent ledger seems to never be correct. 3 out of 10 I don’t recommend. I only say 3 because the living area is spacious.
This place is horrible management is terrible. They don’t want to fix anything. My house was shot up here and they didn’t want to move me after asking repeatedly. They didn’t want to fix my a/c. You can’t never speak with the owner. The different mangers would take your money and then Nancy will say you didn’t pay. Now they have the nerves to try to sue me. I have all my messages and proof.
They r very lazy, trifling, and love to lie about everything. I wouldn't refer noone to go and rent a trailer from them. That is y I move from there, because it is too much stuff is going on there and the supposed to b manager is not doing it job. Please Don't Move There!
