Very nice level spot for an overnight stop. Everything worked as expected. Easy to drive through with a spot big enough that I didn't have to unhook the toad from my 45' coach. It's a 15 minute drive to town. Very quiet, peaceful location.
It is an accommodating place with a wonderful view.
The new owner is making great improvements to the park and is a very personable man, very accommodating. Great views of Wind River Mtn Range. Bathhouse is one stall shower but plenty of soft, hot water, 3 stall toilets, and I appreciated the propane wall heat. The sites are pretty level. Campground is off Hwy 191 with minimal hwy noise. We stayed 2 weeks on our way to Tetons/Yellowstone because it's reasonably priced for full hookups! I stayed here for a week last July! It was great! I was fortunate enough to be able to stay in the sheep wagon! As for the campground, it was clean and quiet! The showers and bathrooms were clean and tidy! They have a nice laundry also. The price for staying here was very reasonable. Much cheaper than the other places nearby. The KOA just outside of Jackson Hole wanted over $80 for a primitive tent site. The owner, Richard, was very kind and helpful with his knowledge of the area.
