We had an amazing experience at Wind River! Their selection of reasonably priced jewelry is amazing. The staff was so helpful; a big thanks to Abe, Shayla, Hailey and Mahdi.
I had a very disappointing experience with Shayla at Wind River. I came in looking for a turquoise jewelry set, excited to find something special, but instead I was met with rudeness and complete disrespect. Rather than being helpful, she acted dismissive and made me feel like I was an inconvenience for even asking questions. Customer service should make you feel welcomed and valued, and unfortunately Shayla did the exact opposite. I left without making a purchase and with a very negative impression of the store.
Abe, thank you for making my Utah wife so happy. It’s tough to excite a woman who has her own jewelry store but you did it. I appreciate you!
I purchased a malachite squash blossom necklace from Haley at Wind River. Haley was a pleasure to interface with. She was genuine, informative, and not pushy. Wind River has an excellent selection and the shopping experience was very enjoyable. We will definitely come back! Thank you Haley and Abe!
