I am in love with my new hot tub and I wish I would have found Wind River Spas and purchased one sooner! I have a small space and not a lot of need for a large spa, so I got the Virtue model. When I looked for hot tubs before, I was unable to find a smaller one that did not cut corners (power of pump, power of heater, amount of insulation, etc.). We love our new spa and the service we’ve received. We used the spa for a couple months and found one of the buttons on a remote panel had stopped working. We called and talked to the rep and they were out here the next week when they had a schedule opening and fixed/replaced the entire panel in less than an hour. These guys know spas and the care instructions are super simple and easy to follow.
