All the staff has been very helpful explaining my CPAP options and how to use the devices. They provide assistance any time I call.
Waited 2 hrs on a weekend at the for wind river oxygen to bring oxygen to the hospital so we could go home. And I'm still waiting for them.
I had a terrific customer experience with Wind River Home Oxygen in March 2025. I was in Lander without my CPAP and having difficulty breathing at night. Although they do not normally do short-term rentals, the folks at Wind River were very kind and helped me out—for a very agreeable price. The CPAP they loaned me was very good (and quiet). I would definitely recommend Wind River Home Oxygen because of their customer care and the quality of their equipment.
I gave it 3 stars because I am just changing my oxygen and Bipap supplies and haven't used them yet. I've heard nothing but good things though. Their address is 1510 Main Street, Lander. They moved from 112 Tweed Lane. I'll update my review after I have been doing business with them for awhile.
