I called to have my septic tank pumped. They came out and pumped an abandoned tank on my property which was obviously not my septic tank. When I called to have them come back and fix the mistake they said they would call me back and never did.
I had to have my tank pumped today due to the fact that water began to back up into the basement from a shower. I have to say that within 45 minutes Steven was here to pump the tank. STEVEN IS AMAZING!!! He always shows up with a smile on his face. He is kind, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, honest and efficient. I truly could go on and on.
