My septic alarm went off on July 4th, 2021, so I dug up my tank caps and was able to see that my tanks were full. I told my family we couldn't use the toilets or water. I called Wind River and told the customer service rep that the alarm went off and my tanks were full. He asked if it was backing up into the house, I said "no, but the tanks are full". I requested a morning appointment which they couldn't provide didn't end up showing up until 2:30pm afternoon. I was told they would check the draining after pumping they system which they didn't as it turned out I had a blockage and asked for drain cleaning first but the argumentative customer service rep insisted the system needed to be pumped. When they left the property they had broken the septic cap and left with out speaking with me. I called the next day and telling them they didn't do what I hired them to do and the ... read more
After digging up my back yard to expose the tank I was called the night before my septic appointment and told the appointment had to be "rescheduled". Customer service could not provide me with an appointment which was then convenient for me. I am very dissatisfied with Wind River and will take my business elsewhere.
