The technician (Christopher) was very friendly and took time to talk with me about my system and answer any questions I had. Awesome guy, thank you Christopher for your help!
The man that came to do the work was absolutely very conscientious and respectful of our property. So we were very pleased with his service. The notification system needs some work. Because it gave hours that he would come and then change the hours and then change them again and then he came within a short time actually before the newest and latest scheduled time. So that was very confusing.
Company scheduled us quickly and when Chris came out he was kind, respectful and efficient. He was able to quickly access our septic and when he was done everything was put back in place. Would highly recommend this company to anyone!
Tech was great. Disappointed that I paid $489 for a 500 tank. I will make sure next time that I use a local company.
