I scheduled an appointment for 9/21/19. On 9/21 I called to find out when they would arrived and was told it was moved to 9/28/19. I was not notified of this move and would not have known had I not called. They gave me a $25.00 credit to my account for the inconvenience. I gave them a second chance and called on 9/28/19 (the rescheduled date) to find out when they would arrive. I was told that my appointment had been moved to 10/12/19. This company is great.i have been using them for years. They even suggested to wait a year b/ c of size of septic and less people in house. C/ s always friendly snd efficient.reasonably priced.
Showed up late passed a 4 hour appointment window. Expensive.
