The best tip I can think of is go on a week day in the morning. Yes its a bit of a wait but the safety protocols most certainly be followed. The kids manning the lines are efficient and careful, especially with the ladders at the conclusion of each line. By far this is one of the better experiences at Blue Mountain as it tests your mantle. Many moons ago I was in Nicaragua and did a zipline experience there. I had a horrible experience at Wind Rider Triple Zips. The lines were incredibly slow, and despite waiting for what felt like hours, the staff did absolutely nothing to move things along. They seemed completely disorganized and uninterested in helping.Overall, this was a huge disappointment, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

A very disappointing experience at Blue Mountain during a family celebration. We purchased Full Access tickets and, after waiting, were given harnesses and suits for the zipline. However, at the very last minute, we were denied access to the attraction without clear communication or prior notice. We were not the only four people affected. More than 25 guests appeared to be impacted that day.
