I ordered a pair of sunglasses for my son as a Christmas gift on December 8th...received an order confirmation but that is it, still no sunglasses. I have tried to call numerous times but the phone number listed on the website goes straight to a voicemail that is not set up. I have also sent numerous emails and texted the number listed with no response. Feeling completely scammed.
I ordered a set of harness lines from Windpower Windsurf and never got them, even though the USPS tracking info said they were delivered. I tried to call Windpower Windsurf and left a bunch of messages and emails describing my situation but no response. Finally I went to the Post Office with the tracking info and they told me the package was delivered to an address in Connecticut instead of where I live in Burlington, Vermont. I ordered a pair of Atan booties with priority shipping. 1 week later there was still no indication the package was even handed to USPS. 2 weeks later they said they were having a hard time with moving the shop. I empathized with their situation and gave them one last chance. Still no activity. At this point I asked to cancel the shipment for a full refund. Now about 3 weeks later I have emailed and called too many times with ZERO replies. I have an open dispute with Venmo and they also are not getting replies. Not sure what... read more
