Got a really hard to find part from these guys to repair my favorite paddle. My only complaints are that phone and email contact could improve to avoid misunderstandings. I appreciate this small business.
The place is a rip off. Ordered a seal for a windsurfer. Eventually received a completely useless broken seal. No replies to emails or texts. Don’t do business with this outfit.
Website says by appointment only but doesnt respond to customers.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses for my son as a Christmas gift on December 8th...received an order confirmation but that is it, still no sunglasses. I have tried to call numerous times but the phone number listed on the website goes straight to a voicemail that is not set up. I have also sent numerous emails and texted the number listed with no response. Feeling completely scammed.
I ordered a set of harness lines from Windpower Windsurf and never got them, even though the USPS tracking info said they were delivered. I tried to call Windpower Windsurf and left a bunch of messages and emails describing my situation but no response. Finally I went to the Post Office with the tracking info and they told me the package was delivered to an address in Connecticut instead of where I live in Burlington, Vermont.
