I blew a tire on the way home and stopped at Chevy for assistance. Everyone was so nice and accommodating, especially Karen. She researched locations that had my tire and sent us on our way safely. We're very grateful
December '24- oil change, safety inspection indicated rear brake pads were getting low and recommended replacement. August '25- rear pads are still fine, passed inspection with plenty of wear left on them. January '25- had transmission fluid exchange on my '14 Silverado. TSB was ignored to use Mobil 1 Synthetic LV ATF because of known issues with this transmission. July '25- thermal bypass valve malfunction caused transmission to overheat.
