Loved the hearing loop this afternoon at the production of “A Walk in the Woods.” Excelling script, phenomenal acting, and I could understand every word with great microphones, the hearing loop, and using my telecoils.
Lots of false promises. Short staffed. Improper care given.
This place is a Joke! Dont send your parents HERE!!! They are so short staffed all the TIME, They could care Less about their EMPLOYEES ….. just care about Money money the can get from their current residents🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶 FACTS!

A warning to anyone researching senior living (and Windcrest) with a loved one with middle/late stage and advancing dementia. My parents just moved here and from the time they were told an apartment was available to the time they moved in, my father’s dementia progression advanced rather quickly. Windcrest advertises “memory care” which is why they chose to move here.
