Not even 3 weeks since moving in, my in-laws are saying coming here is possibly the worst mistake they've ever made. At 95 yrs old they do not need memory care, and according to the facility rules they do not qualify for assisted living. So far they've been unable to even have curtain rods put up to cover the windows. Someone came to try but the rods fell immediately and no one came back to fix them.
