I came from an agency to do 1-on-1 care with a resident, and I was so badly mistreated by the staff and had accusations made by me saying that I was stealing from the kitchen, stealing the resident’s food. I was then reported to my agency by the memory care Director , and accused of stuff I didn’t do without question causing me to have to resign from my job. TERRIBLE place! Stay away. Unprofessional.
Windcrest has an amazing community. From the residents to the staff, everyone I’ve met is friendly; the staff is kind and professional. It makes coming here lovely. The staff interactions with the residents is always so compassionate. It truly is uplifting to know that seniors get such quality care at Windcrest.
My family has been extremely happy with Windcrest, it is the best place for retirement and has so many options for staying active. We love this place
