This coming up on April 2nd 2026 will be 1st anniversary since i diagnosed otestoarthitis. Making me to look back on much progress I’ve made and finally getting steroids injections in few days to ease my back pain. Nothing is making me stop, but, yes, slowin down a little. It comes and goes thing. I just increased weight 5lb to 8lb. About time! Also, I lost weight too! Thanks everyone who help me and we think as team work on how to make easier for me!
