Really disappointing experience. Six weeks of waiting for an appointment. Ten minutes of talking through symptoms. GP response was to push a piece of paper at me that simply said "4 weeks". Have made another appointment for four weeks, but feel angry, frustrated and helpless, both with the GPs and the broken communications between different parts of the NHS. I basically show up every two months at the surgery to repeat myself to a new doctor. Urgh.
Can rarely get an appointment and when you can they are always really late. To make an appointment In advance on 4/7/24 the next days was 6/9/24, or the option to call on the day and be told there's no on the day appointments.
Worst center called for doctor appointment, instead of giving doctor appointment she is suggesting us to go to pharmacy. What is this where is the logic. How come she suggest to a patient like that. Her duty isto give appointment no to give suggestions.
