We are so happy to acknowledge Phil Jack our local representative in Nashville, Tennessee. We needed a part for a door on a Friday. He immediately had it UPS delivered so we had it as soon as possible. We love Wincore windows and doors. It's great to know that Phil is there whenever we need him. One of the worst companies we have ever had to deal with. Dorian Craig the so called field service manager ignores your calls and emails. Refuses to fix the mistakes Winco caused. They installed the glass backwards in several windows and refuse to fix it. There are many other window companies you can use that stand behind there products.
