Horrible technical and customer support. I own a 30k generator and it has issues with the ecu and nobody will pick up. They want you to leave a number and someone will call you the next day. I won’t spend another dime with this company!
Buyers beware. I have purchased two winco vehicle mount generators. Both were used in salt air environment (Jersey Shore) and both failed after 2-3 months. Winco denied any warranty coverage because of salt air corrosion on the inside. How do you sell a vehicle mount generator that can not stand up for 2-3 months and further more, deny any warranty coverage for it. The exterior looks brand new so the unit was not abused etc.... Internals failed and Winco does not stand by their product. $10k down the drain.
