I have been a customer of Winco foods since they first opened their store in Helena. I find that I save approximately 30 % on my purchases. I sack my own purchases and carry them out to my car. I sometimes have a hard time finding a parking space because the store is so busy but the savings are preferred. I don't mind paying cash or using my debit card instead of using a credit card as the credit card companies would charge Winco for their accepting them. Me and my wife could be described as grocery addicts, WinnCo is our favorite place to go. We go to Helena from Great Falls often for something to do and get out of the wind. We discovered WinCo a few months ago and now do a considerable amount of our grocery purchases there because it is a really great store. The cashiers there absolutely work their you know whats off and still keep a smile even though they are overworked in my opinion, so be kind to them.
They have an okay selection of stuff not a great one though. Almost every time I have come to winco they have had some Isle blocked off. This time they had the front doors blocked off. A place that is open 24/7 should not be blocking isles and doors off at 11:00 am.
December 22nd and trying to "pass one off" on the customers with eggs that expire in 8 days and charging more after buying 3 dozen or more
Debit cards don't read anymore on their worn out registers. Replace em already!
