I'm sure this will fall on dead ears and be blown off but here goes anyway...I discovered WinCo when i moved here about 4 months ago. The prices and selection are wonderful. However, I have never shopped anywhere most inconsistent with customer service. I have had extremely helpful employees that have been very pleasant and courteous. My most recent trip may be my last unfortunately...Very rude associate with a major attitude telling me not to have my riding cart at customer service. WinCo the lady wearing the crocheted red mask in the meat area is absolutely not protecting anyone!! I cannot believe this mask is acceptable to your company. She obviously does not understand simple physics. I will no longer shop in a store where they do not care if employees' masks arent appropriate. she works in the north Spokane store in Spokane, wa. 99218

Please advise employees on how to wear masks properly. Vicky in the deli was wearing hers below her nose yesterday when I approached the deli for service, and I saw several others who clearly did not learn how to wear protective equipment.
