I contacted Winckler, Harvey & McConnell, LLP about serious issues at a nursing home, including assault and privacy violations along with several other issues. Due to my disabilities, I requested communication via email or text, but they never responded. Their poor customer service for disabled clients is unacceptable. I don’t recommend them. It's good to find an attorney that cares about the importance of family and has the integrity to do the right thing when so many do not.
Sean McConnell was very professional and always kept in touch with me concerning the progress of my case. He was knowledgeable and empathetic, and I trusted him throughout the entire process. He prepared me well and set my expectations appropriately. I would highly recommend this law firm and especially Sean McConnell!
