They scheduled an appt with me for 7pm for an estimate. My wife and I are living 30 minutes away from where we are having the windows installed and drove the 30 minutes for the appt. Their representative didn't confirm the appt, didn't show up, and didn't call to say he would be late. After waiting for 20 minutes we drove 30 minutes back home. 40 minutes after the appt time their customer service person called to let me know their rep was running late. The strong arm tactics of this company to get you to buy the windows no matter what, plus the windows are just butt ugly. And look cheap. Even after I rescinded the order, to corporate, I get a text 3 weeks later stating that I have a contract with WinChoice and they were coming out to install the windows while I was at work. WinChoice roofing is price very high. Please don't entertain them.My first price was 45,000.00 then 40,400.-35,265., - next Blake called the office 29,369.00, then 23,676.00 last price was 17,000.00 and the first 12 sheets of plywood was free.The 32sq shingles was the only thing Blake had right. They weee it responsive to the fact that we had water damage dueto their windows. I had to do all the lef work to get people here to fix the issue which was very difficult . They never sent anyone out to take pictures or see the damage. My insurance company recommended the water remediation company I found my own carpet people. The window repair people were great. Now that it is all over Won Choice tells me they want pics of everything. They never came out to see the damage or gave me any guidance on how to proceed when this... read more
The windows are great the installation is professional, but the reason I gave one star is because of the lying pushey salesman didn't tell me that the financing would be a revolving account. Just tell people the truth and you can go a long way in life.I would never give you guys a good recommendation in fact I'm going to do my best to destroy your reputation.
