One of the best places I have ever lived moved in 2022. Price is amazing, the neighborhood is well kept. No trash everywhere. Assigned parking. Mary at the office is amazing. When you call maintenance they arrive on time and take care of issues. I promise you this is not some fake review. There is a reason the waiting list is 3-5 years. I love it here and everything is close by. Every 3 months they also have pest control check your unit and spray. I don’t have no roaches or pest.

Mary is a nice lady and very kind. I was having issues and she picked up right away after a great struggle!!

Worst Apartment Complex Ever. DONT MOVE HERE!!! Filthy, they never change the rugs when a new person is moving in. THEY HAVE SI MANY Roaches. Water comes out of the basement. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND ABSOLUTELY NO MAINTENANCE AT ALL!!!!! The maintenance men that work here never come to fix anything. They're very rude and smelly (cigarette smell) when they finally come to your house. Heater never works. Good luck
