Removed my grandads catheter hes had for 6 months, for an unknown reason, retained urine for a day or so, wound up in hospital with infections,. Family wasnt notified of that decision. Can't trust anyone in this field these days

Could be better, but overall the staff are great and helpful.
Ashley, the case manager is wonderful to work with! She truly cares about her patients, and it shows. When I visit, the staff at the desk are ready to help and that is lovely to see! The facility is always clean and smells nice!
