My mother is a current patient and we have experienced extremely poor communication from the nursing and social work people. We asked several times for communication on med changes or any other treatment updates and they have refused to honor this request. She has waited hours for help from CNA's to get the restroom and was even told today that she had already been to the restroom she'll have to wait! She in there for chronic uti and bladder infections, you would think the CNA's would have a clue about the patients condition... read more
