Get a bill for services even though insurance cover 100% had lung scans every 3 months and have to call them each time when they send me a open balance notification Get disconnected everytime when 3rd in line and sent to voice-mail Never get a called back Think they are trying to be double paid ! Reported to Medicare and my supplemental insurance this 3rd time Use caution when paying them
They were very accommodating and went above and beyond to help get a badly written order sorted out and give me the services I really needed.
I asked the radiologist if there was a way to do ultrasound to check for blood clots on the right leg instead of left. And I felt interrogated by her when it was a simple question on my end. The order said unilateral.
