Dr Rohit Koppula did a DVT surgery. At that time it was a bit urgent and I was unable to think properly due to being in pain. But I had no visit from the doctor after the procedure. When I had no follow up visit, I was really disappointed. I didn’t know what kind of stitch was done and what the recovery process was. I got absolutely NOTHING from the department. What a pleasant experience I had with WR. From the receptionist, Kathy to the nurse, Jesselle and finally Dr. Koppula. All were extremely nice and helpful. Dr. Koppel took the time to explain in detail all of the pros and cons of the reason for my visit. He explained in manner that I could understand clearly and concisely. I highly recommend. My entire appt time from when I walked in to when I ledt was less than 20 mins.
Every experience I have had here has been a positive experience. Kind, compassionate and knowledgeable staff. Highly suggest them
My daughter just had a UFE procedure done and I could not possibly be more pleased with everything that she has experienced. The doctor and nurses are top notch… patient, thorough, and supremely knowledgeable. They have made what was scary and difficult something that we were able to get through with confidence. I am grateful for them and so happy with the outcome. If I could give them a 6th star, I would.
