My daughter just had a UFE procedure done and I could not possibly be more pleased with everything that she has experienced. The doctor and nurses are top notch… patient, thorough, and supremely knowledgeable. They have made what was scary and difficult something that we were able to get through with confidence. I am grateful for them and so happy with the outcome. If I could give them a 6th star, I would.
We want to extend my warmest thank you for the services of Whitney Smith RN. She went above and beyond to help us with my husband's blood thinner injections so that I was comfortable administering his medication. She came in on her off day to help us prepare the medication and educate us on how to inject it correctly. She is a superb employee and your office is lucky to have her.
I am doing this review on behalf of my husband Edwin Crego. Everyone at Winchester was customer centered. Our doctor and his assistant listened. Dr Koppula patiently answered our questions and explained to us our medical options. We are so glad we were recommended to this medical group.
Paying these folks is impossible. I have tried to pay online and gotten nowhere, and I have called several times and no one answers the phone. Utterly infuriating and unprofessional.
have called 3 times and am thoroughly upset with the customer service you have. I was on hold for 15 minutes eac time and no one picked up. You haven’t had to even the courtesy to be my insurance company with regard to my visit there. I called my insurance company and they said you had not even sent them the insurance information of with regard to the bill, so I am very very displeased with you, and if I ever have to have more treatments of any kind, I am not going to come to you because I do not appreciate the way I have be... read more
