Not a great experience. Will not be going back.
Dr James Chiu is amazing. The lady at the front desk on the other hand is miserable. She is always rude and never gives the doctor my messages. I know Dr James he would return my calls. I call again today she states he will get to it when he has time okay and hangs up. I called days ago to get a referral because I feel like dying most days and I need some answers. Very personable and caring
Dr.Chiu ordered a shot with an ingredient that one of his patients, my girlfriend’s aunt, was clearly allergic too. The ingredient was on the patients chart. This led to this said patient passing very quickly while still in his office. Never apologized
