I am new to the area and tried to get an appointment. Unfortunately I'm 67 and on Medicare. They said they were not taking new Medicare patients. I asked if I could pay for it myself. Not allowed. I guess Medicare doesn't pay as much as private insurance. Profit is very important. :(
This is my first time establishing care with and OBGYN and I am so thankful that I have found Winchester OBGYN! From the moment you walk into the office to the time you leave you feel so welcomed and appreciated. You never feel stupid or ashamed for asking questions like some facilities can make you feel. I see Diane Hotaling and she is wonderful! I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is so caring and compassionate. I know whenever I go to Winchester OBGYN I will come out with a positive experience.
I would give this place zero stars if possible!! Unfortunately I was seen by Diane Hotaling. She came into my room without introducing herself and started demanding personal information. Having endometriosis, and explaining my medical history, Diane rolled her eyes and claimed I did not have a Miscarriage after my gyno back home had confirmed this. Great, friendly staff that are always happy to help you with any questions or concerns you may have. The office is very clean and comfortable.
